Lovely spot, friendly hosts, great facilities. Loads of family fun. Some guests mention noise, unclear rules, and occasional facility issues like pitches or hot tubs.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked Arrived with the kids ready for a night away camping, pulled up and was greeted by a welcoming member of staff and was given instructions.
It’s peaceful and plenty for young kids to do, zip line, bouncy castle, trampoline and sandpit! Changed an extra £5 for the use of these which was very reasonable. They allow pets and BBQ’s which is always a bonus and open a bar on a night time so the adults can enjoy some cocktails or a large selection of drinks.
They also offer quadbike rides and horse rides for an additional price.

Toilets and shower facilities are clean and easily accessible!

We had a great time with a 2 and a 4 year old.
Will be returning.

Electric optional grass touring pitch

Liked Great site with range of activities for kids. Toilets and showers were beautiful but could do with more when the site is busy. Very laid back site, very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great base to explore the surrounding area.

Disliked Water availability could be patchy at times.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked - the country house itself was very pretty
- spacious site

Disliked - only 2 toilets and 1 shower
- the staff allowed a rave to go on until midnight on a family site, also children were not challenged when they broke into the bouncy castle and played on it in the pitch black at 11pm.
- smell of cannabis
- as soon as another member of the party got out of the car she was approached by a member of staff with a card machine who asked her to pay 10 pounds for her child to play on the zip line.
- a TRACTOR came around the site to collect bin bags.
- no allocation of lots, it seems random and unorganised.
- karaoke went on until mid night
- staff came round to tell everyone that kids club starts at 10 at night.
This site may seem relaxing by the pictures however it is not a place to go if you want a good night's sleep or a relaxing environment. Very expensive for managing to get to sleep at 1/2 am each night.

1 bedroom treehouse (deluxe)

Liked We came to the tree house for our wedding anniversary and Wow the tree house is beautiful i can not fault it one bit. There is a few different areas for a fire and when lit up on a night its even more magical.
The site it self is amazing we came without the kids but still walked aroumd and watched the staff play and interact with all the kids.
Staff is so friendly and will help with anything possible.

We are definatly bringimg our caravan here with the kids in the near future and will be back to stay in the tree house again.

Disliked Could do with a little sign in reception to say please sit and wait as when i went to check in there was anotjer couple there that didnt know what to do. Staff must of been helping to site people as no one was in reception
