What customers say
Rendlesham Camping: Relaxing woodland break near walking/cycling trails. Pitches are spaced well, facilities clean & staff friendly. Hot showers included. Great for stargazing, but mobile signal can be weak & loos/showers are a bit dated. Overall, a clean, quiet site with forest access.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Kind and thoughtful staff, and a quiet, well kept site, with basic but well maintained and cleaned facilities. Lots of kids about for half term, but never felt overwhelming. Multiple trails just across the road for walking, cycling, and running. A great break from WiFi and phone. Would stay again.

Electric grass and sand pitch
Liked Large flat pitch, great location with amazing forest walks directly from the site. Second visit, will definitely go again.
Disliked Button to turn shower on is outside the cubicle which was a bit awkward and not obvious and was timed but water was warm enough so not really a big problem. Wouldn’t put me off going again.

Perfect camp site for anyone wanting a proper outdoor experience.
Electric grass and sand pitch
Liked Rendlesham Camping is a lovely choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway. Set within beautiful woodland, the site really delivers on atmosphere — waking up to birdsong and being surrounded by towering trees makes it feel like a true escape from everyday life.
The pitches are well spaced, and the facilities are generally clean and well maintained. It’s ideal for both families and couples, and there are plenty of scenic walking and cycling routes nearby to explore.
Disliked If there’s any downside, it’s that being in woodland can mean uneven ground and limited mobile signal, though this could also be seen as part of the charm if you want to properly switch off.
