Lekker, well-kept campsite with big spots, top facilities, and direct beach access via a steep path. Staff are always chuffed to help. Food vendors, esp. fish and chips, are popular. Mostly quiet and family-friendly, but some said it can get a bit noisy, and toilets needed a bit more attention during busy periods. Wi-Fi and phone signal can be a bit iffy.

Liked Staff, groundsmen, wardens, cleaners all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great facilities and great company from residents. On site fish and chips excellent and great people serving. Brilliant big open field to pich up on right on the cliff top.. been here 3 times already this year and will definitely only use this one when im down In the area

Liked Great location, friendly staff, clean and well equipped toilet block. Plenty of space for off grid no hook up camping, but it was end of September, there was a chippy on site but sadly no coffee trailer. There is one but it closes end of season.. maybe be a little expensive at £23 a night. Single camper no extras. My 2 days were £46. The beach from kessingland to Lowestoft was stunning in places and there's a coffee hut about a miles walk along the cliff path.. all good bar the price.

Disliked Long term pitches mixed with "normal" pitches wouldn't normally bother us, however when they take up a pitch and a half and look like the Clampetts live there, it does! Other long term's had lovely garden decorations, bird feeders, pretty lights up etc. This was unsightly and not the view we were expecting. Fortunately we were moved due to some pitch mix ups, (the staff were lovely) so that problem resolved itself. However it did lower the appearance of the site in my opinion.
Would return if we could select our plot.
