Pine Views fully-serviced grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked: The site was amazing, very well laid out. We had self check in but was met by one of the team who showed us to the pitch. It was very wide, hard standing pitch with it's own grey waste drain, water and electric. There was a small bar on the site which sold some bar snacks. A nice little touch. Lovely walks for our Pug too. Also the shower and toilet facilties were very clean and modern. I loved the radio being played in each toilet/ shower. I would definitely recommend this site.
Disliked: Only 1 small problem, it was close to a main road but the 2nd morning we actually got used to the traffic noise. Tents are further away from the main road so they shouldn't hear the traffic.

Sandy Acres electric grass and sand pitch
Liked: Individual toilet/showers- more privacy Homely and welcoming feel Lovely bar area with fairy lights Helpful and welcoming staff Big pitches- not too close to others
Disliked: Sandy pitches- hard to put pegs in and hard to secure the dog lead to the ground

Liked: Fabulous friendly staff. Clean well maintained site surrounded in nature Large pitches with picnic pod 😊 Excellent facilities shop, bar, bike hire. Beautiful nature walks with access straight from the site with maps provided at check in and very dog friendly for your fur babies 🐶 Easy access straight off A149 and very central with lots to do close by including Sandringham House, Hunstanton, Norfolk Lavender, several lovely beaches, RSPB Titchwell Bird Reserve. Loads of fab places to eat, local pubs and restaurants and even local Manor Road chip shop and Norfolk Nibbles deliver to site. We will definitely be back and looking forward to our next stay soon.

Liked: Set up of campsite, very friendly and informative welcome. Professional approach. Individual bathrooms was a bonus. Even though campsite was full they were always clean and plenty of hot water. We never got.to sample the bar on site but it looked really nice. Local takeaway which delivered was nice.
Disliked: Next to a busy road but it didn't really affect us much as we were out and about both days.

Pine Views fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (comfort)
Liked: We stayed on a very good, fully serviced pitch in a small caravan. We were close to the road side area, very noisy at peak travel times but this was mentioned on booking info. We had a picnic hut which we used in the evenings to watch the sunset, very nice! However, we think the hut is located too close to the neighbouring pitch which spoils it a little for their privacy as well as ours. Maybe a willow panel beside would improve the experience greatly. Liked the look of the bar/cafe although we didn't find time to use it. The friendly reception team were on hand for queries. We did an excellent walk using the walking map to Dersingham via Ingoldsthorpe and Snettisham using the old railway line. Baxter's garden centre half way was a great stop for lunch. A great base to visit all the touristy bits. We had no noise issues where we were.
Disliked: Liked the idea of the private bathrooms, but the block furthest from the reception was a bit tired. Some of the showers didn't drain away very well and could be a bit steamy and smelly when entering... a more powerful fan would probably solve that problem. Water was plentiful and the piped music from the radio station was novel. We also felt that the area surrounding the pitches were a bit cramped in on all sides but that's just a comparison to other sites we have stayed on, this was mentioned by others we met. Whilst we like dogs we felt there were rather a lot of them, some people had three or more. However they were all fairly well behaved with only the odd ones barking and nothing that bothered us too much. Reading other reviews we were probably lucky this time.
