What customers say
Well-kept, clean campsite with friendly staff. Guests loved the spacious pitches, scenic lake & walks, and on-site bar. Fishing's a big plus. Some found loos/showers dated & WiFi spotty. Road noise for some pitches. Recommended for a chilled break.

Good site but improvements could be made.
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The site is nice, I’m local and familiar to it, plenty of dog walks nearby.
Woodys bar pretty good.
Disliked Poor lighting at night you will need a torch, toilet/shower block basic and not very modern wasn’t keen on using to be honest.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Spacious park lots of walks, fishing ,great bar and food, friendly staff and a warm welcome nice size pitches.
Disliked Not the parks fault but unfortunalty there are some litter louts among the camping fraternity who think its ok to throw rubbish in the hedgerows, behind pitches instead of taking it to the bins!

Liked The site was very clean and tidy, the facilities, though dated, were fully suitable and always clean. Woodys bar and restaurant was excellent, as was the service from the tackle shop. The fishing lakes were really good and we had some great days fishing.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The scenery at Woodland Waters was beautiful and it was great to breath in some fresh air. A walk around the lakes was an excellent way to connect with nature. The on-site pub/restaurant was only 100 yards away from our caravan and we regularly called in for a drink/meal after a day out. The prices there were reasonable, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The grounds were well kept and there was no litter or rubbish left around. I would really like to give the cleaning staff a mention because the toilet/shower blocks were regularly cleaned and always spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and it was a great place to relax.
Disliked Some traffic noise from a nearby road.
