Facilities/activities including entertainment, swimming pool, gym (16+ only), solarium (18+ only) soft play area (under 4's free) and certain kids clubs are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (excluding couples) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 11/02 and 31/10.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of £50,00 (R1 184,51) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Additional terms

Traffic noise can be heard from some touring pitches. You can request a pitch away from the main road (subject to availability).

At peak times a 45-minute session limit will apply for the swimming pool. There is a £1 non-refundable charge for the swim locker.

Daytime activities are chargeable and require booking in advance.
