Liked: Good sized picthes, toliet/show blocks never far away, good on site facilites and close to several beaches and supermarkets.
Disliked: Phone/Internet/Wifi signal can be a bit rubbish so can be hard to plan/lookup actvities while on site.
Fantastic site, beautiful location.We will certainly pitch here again!

Liked: Exceptional facilities, our little one couldn't keep out of the pool! Shop onsite very well stocked and the pizzas available at the takeaway were delicious.
Disliked: WiFi was pretty poor from our pitch making staying in contact with an unwell relative difficult.

Unfortunately, due to the location of our park, the phone signal is very hit-and-miss and this is something we are unable to change. We do offer free wifi for our guests, however, we are aware that this needs some improvement and we are working on this.

Liked: Great site,lovely pool. Bar,shop and everything you could need.
Lovely walk to the beach albeit hard for my 11yr old son and 7yr old daughter.we will definitely be back.Disliked: WiFi,doesn't reach far side of site and no signal on mobiles.

We love the walk down to the beach but we know it can be a bit more difficult for some of our guests.

I do apologise that you were unclear about the fire rules on site, these are posted in our terms and conditions. We allow BBQs as long as they are not directly on the grass but we do not allow fire pits or open fires.

Liked: Everything, Locatuon and facilities were excellent, very helpful staff, great walk across the sand dunes and golf course to Holywell bay. Excellent shop and a great hire ship which literally hired everything out in case you have forgotten anything. Will definitely be returning
Disliked: Very small pitch and and many of them slopping

Liked: Everything. A beautifully clean site with plenty to do on site and in the area. Different food trucks every evening. Well stocked on site Nisa store. Entertainment for those interested. clean heated pool. On-site fish and chip and pizza diner. 3 par and pitch and putt golf course. Fishing too. Beautiful views on the walk to the beach (not close and not easy little ones). Very quiet after 11am. Very friendly staff.

Liked: Nice walk to the beach, close enough to Newquay centre, pools where warm even on colder days, Tina Turner entertainment was surprisingly really good with a great atmosphere.
Disliked: Family changing rooms where locked, our shower block didn't have a baby changing facility so I either had to walk down to the one further away or I had to change my (6 months old) baby on the shower bench which wasn't ideal and caused some stress. When I asked the cleaners if I could use a family room they said no and pointed me in the direction of the other shower block which was very frustrating.
I also didn't like that we got an email stating fancy dress then was the only ones dressed up, other holiday makers where asking why we was dressed up and didn't receive the email, staff wasn't dressed up and the entertainment was a total flop, we had spent money on fancy dress costumes and felt embarrassed. Didn't think this was very fair at all.
Hi Pippa, thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that some parts of your holiday was enjoyable. Emails are sent to all guests but we can not guarantee that they are read or acted upon, the fancy dress is for fun not compulsory so thank you for getting into the spirit of fun.
