Layout of site, level pitches with nice tables and grass area.

Toilet and shower facilities. 1 combined toilet and shower for all pitches is no where near enough. If someone is having a shower in the morning and pub closed nowhere to go to Toilet. Also shower room needs better cleaning. This put us off staying again.

Convenient location as a stopover; hard-standing level pitches with EHU; friendly welcome; quality food & drink yards away!

Some road noise - not really an issue

The pub and restaurant was lovely. Food was fantastic. Staff were very obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Camp site was well maintained and had all you needed. We will certainly be going back and would recommend the pub and camping to anyone.

No lighting on paths from pitches to facilities.
Very noisy main road right next to site.

Love this place. Is great for a 1 night stopover or to explore the surrounding area with lots of beautiful places to enjoy. The site itself is small. A great pub with great ale and food

The Inn was good, food was also good with a variety of choice. The servers were excellent.

The touring pitch was ok until someone in a Motorhome came on the site at 11.30 pm and parked right next to us, making lots of noise on the gravel, consequently waking us up and causing our dog to bark. We didn’t have a very good nights sleep after being woken up.

We had a lovely couple of days. The grounds were really well maintained. Shower clean. The Thames head has a welcome atmosphere, lovely staff and friendly customers. The food is 10/10. We will be returning.

Very well laid out and maintained site. Food at the pub on site is excellent and the staff very helpful. Our third stay here and our site of choice when visiting the area.

Good walks from the site both national trails and local footpaths
