The cleanliness of the site and all the amenities. The shower rooms are large and have toilet, sink and mirror. Lovely pub on site for eating in or takeaway.

A lovely little site. The pitches are a nice size each with water and electric and if you are travelling with friends it’s great to get 2 together as they are enclosed by tall hedges meaning you have a little camp. The site facilities are very good and we never had to wait to use them and they were always clean. The adjoining pub serves a great breakfast and very good evening food and whilst not cheap not the most expensive either. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will gladly visit again.

We have stayed several times and have always been pleased with pitch,service ,facilities, and off course The George Pub .
The location is great and we hopped on a bus to Gloucester which is a lovely place especially the river and Dock area

A wonderful welcome on arrival. Beautiful facilities, amazingly a bathroom, lovely hot shower in a large cubicle spotlessly clean, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Site very quiet despite being close to A38. Lovely pub adjoining with friendly helpful staff and a very nice breakfast. walks straight from site to surrounding villages across fields. Also bus stop to areas further afield on doorstep.

Not really a dislike more of a would like, we stayed overnight, if staying longer we would have wanted a larger pitch as no room for an awning with our small campervan.

Great little site, stayed on here a few years ago and it's still if no better than it was. Friendly meet and greet with lots of helpful info.

You need a key card to get in and out which is fine. I just found it odd that it needed to be collected from the pub and not on arrival. Just seemed strange. I couldn't see any issues with it all being sorted by the same person.

The rain went to the pictures instead of a lovely walk along the river from the site must go back and walk along the river

Easy to find the site, good size grass pitches. Tv & WiFi signal good. Main facilities are accessed by a card obtained for a £10 deposit from the pub. All spotlessly clean. There are a further 2 toilets in the middle of the site by the water disposal. The river backed into our pitch and it was so pretty. We did have pitch invasion though, from the resident swan. There are so many local walks, it's great. I recorded one on Wikiloc, look for 'Riverside Caravan - canal, Tudor Pub'
Someone gave the site a bad review for traffic noise but I can't agree with it, we could hear vehicles on the road but didn't find it a problem.
It's a clean, quiet site with good facilities.
