Absolutely loved the site. It was very clean and quiet (considering it’s the summer holidays!) - good showers and toilets. Loved watching the flock being moved and crossing the river. The little amenity area in the washing up room was a nice touch, as was the incredibly cheap to run washing machine (20p for a 15 min quick wash).

Only very minor complaint was how often you had to push the shower button 😂

A lovely and well thought out campsite. We had a very warm welcome and were provided with the Wi-Fi code and the gate code, also some info on local amenities. The weather was very wet but the toilets and showers were kept clean and were topped up with paper regularly. There is water by each hook-up, which is very handy. We only had a short stay but will definitely be looking to go back and stay there again for a longer stay.

Very friendly and efficient owner and staff. Good value for money. Excellent clean facilities, free WI-FI was a bonus, CCTV monitored so a secure site. Very well organised site, plus great pitch layout. Will definitely come back again, but next time I will upgrade and use the pitch with electric output. Many thanks for an excellent stay.

Quiet site, very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist, friendly campers, good range of facilities (shower, toilet, wash, electric, water), casual approach to pitches.

Fairly basic amenities, outdated toilet and shower, which could benefit from a deep clean, access to other areas is via very tight windy country roads

Friendly welcome. Pleasant, quiet site with river running down one side. Hard standing pitches have water supply. Facilities good.

Facilities were clean and the office was manned all the time. Pitches were good size.

We liked that the site was quiet, reception staff were very friendly, as were the other campers. Beautiful location. Showers and toilets were very clean too. We'd definitely stay again.

Only thing I'd say that could be improved would be a baby changing table in the family shower, would have made it just a little bit easier getting our baby dressed after his shower but I'm really just nit picking as everything else was lovely.

Nothing to dislike had a great stay

It was so peaceful. The women at check in was lovely and was also happy to help me when I asked about local walks ect. Waking up to the sheep was also nice
