Liked: Very dog friendly, great showers and washing up area, fire pits and logs available, friendly owners, no children.
Disliked: Got a bit busy, at some points felt a bit cramped.

The relaxed feel and quiet atmosphere. No loud music or groups was also nice.Disliked: Wasn’t so keen on dogs free roaming the tent area - but they were well behaved & did have a calm temperament.
This is a peaceful friendly place with it being a farm!

Liked: Lovely shabby chic railway hut ( we had Clarabel) . Wood burning stove inside ( wood available on site ) the stove warmed us up and dried is out after a wet day on Scafell pike . Views were beautiful , lots of friendly farm animals we had baby ducks and chickens and a few Goats visit .
Disliked: Nothing much to dislike but I timed it wrong and had a chilly shower one evening . Hot the rest of our stay which was lovely . And the hut could have used a little sweep out between guests .But it is rustic Little tents are allowed in the small grassy area directly in front of the guys which does spoil the view across the valley

Sorry that you didn’t like my little old dogs wandering, but it does say in our description that they along with ducks, hens, goats and pet lambs are able wander quietly around he sites. That’s the feature of our little farm campsite, most folks love it.
