So the tent was lovely

The staff was so rude! Didn’t give us time to finish our food if we got up for the toilet our plates was just taken and we had to ask them to leave it! Kids was playing in ball pit they come over saying we have to pay which I was going to do… a blonde girl wearing white crocs and bun in her hair was like people pay a lot to come here so u need to pay which I thought was rude, I only went to my car and then was coming back…
Food over priced I get the same meal at the farm house in totton for half the price.
Wasp nest wear you eat… so take ure dinner else where
Activities none on until Tuesday fully booked. When we went there at 9 am when reception opened could of told us on the phone there was none.
Pizza only available Wednesday and Saturday.
My child burnt himself on a open fire that was outside the bar.
Never would go back really.
No entertainment for kids just a park and a small ball pit which was covered in pigeon poo. Pigeon is stuck inside the ball pit.
Got there 15 mins early got told to wait outside as she couldn’t find me a pitch said I could happily put my tent and stuff in the reception and leave it there….

It did get very loud during the “quiet” hours, and there didn’t seem to be anyone managing the site ensuring parties weren’t being overly loud during the night

Lots to do even on a rainy day. Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay, the site was spacious, quiet and clean facilities. When registering at reception your colleagues were clear with directions, engaging and helpful when needed.

When booking we didn't realise that amenities such as restaurant, bar and activities were all on site, which was a huge bonus considering we had 11 kids to cater for and especially when one of the days was raining.

Our friends and I go camping once a year and have been looking for a site that is in a good location to us all and I think we have just found the perfect spot.

WiFi could be improved...but who needs that when you're supposed to be tech-free when out camping.
