Liked: They were very flexible about where we could pitch our tent, was able to camp right by the river which was lovely
Also a short drive to hikes nearby as well as the towns Keswick and Penrith

Liked: Love this site. Great facilities, beautiful views, helpful & accommodating owners. It also works when the weather is a bit grim too. The gravel pitches minimise the mud mess and the communal room with TV and WiFi gives the children somewhere to go together on a rainy evening, leaving us largely in peace!! The touring field is more sheltered than the tent and pod field which worked on this trip due to the weather on some days. The other field has the most breathtaking views though and was perfect when we stayed last year in better weather. Lovely few days, thank you again.

Liked: We were unable to attend due to the weather. The campsite were so kind to let us move our stay to another date. Hoping to visit when the weather warms up. Always loved staying at this site.
