Liked: The site is really lovely, clean and well maintained. The owners are super friendly and helped with anything we needed. Felt like family. Easy to find and very quiet.
Disliked: I guess the only thing was no shower however I did know that before I booked it but I believe they’re building on for the future which is great.

Liked: Couldn't fault it. Would be even better with a shower but actually couldn't fault it. Beautiful surroundings and welcoming hosts
Disliked: Would have liked a shower as the weather was hot, but it didn't stop me booking, knowing there wasn't one.
Thanks for the kind review, we understand the shower concern, we are un able to install as no room, and we don't have enough water or electric capacity with out having major works, this would them of course increase the pitch charges.

The toilet facilities were clean and well maintained. Looking forward to coming back and trying the fishing!

Liked: When I arrived I was told I was the only guest. I said that I get spooked at night easily son I got a pitch next to the house. Then The landlady said If I get spooked I can call her even in the middle of the night. I thought that was very nice! Als a Woman traveling on her own I felt her safe at the 🌲!

Liked: Close to tunnel, it was fine for what we needed. Pitch is within view of the owners house but that didn’t bother us - it may some. There were bins and a toilet and sink. No shower or washing up area - but this wasn’t expected.

Liked: The Firs fishery and campsites, is one of the nicest I've been too. Quite and pitches tidy. Margaret and Stuart are super friendly. Fishing was very enjoyable. (Thanks for the hook). Will definitely be returning.
