No information sent until the day of arrival which meant I wasn’t able to access as didn’t have signal for email
Facilities could do with a proper clean removing very old cobwebs
No information on where to empty chemical toilet

A beautiful spot and very tranquil.

Facilities were below par. No cleaning done over the weekend. Two toilets broke. Two doors would not close. No hot water in the bathroom basin. Owners need to set up a more rigorous regimen of checking and cleaning.
A hair dryer and ice pack facility would be a great addition as this is fairly standard these days. It was quite expensive for so little provided.

Beautiful site. Quiet. The Dell (cafe/bar/pop-up pizza restaurant) is lovely.

The toilets and showers were very basic, tired, not maintained, and not enough of them. The shower drain is blocked and the tray was full of dirty water.
Could do with a player area in The Paddock.

Great space good facilities.
Lovely to see children playing games and enjoying themselves.

The toilet, shower and wash facilities are okay. Proper taps and temperature control no push button rubbish.

Nice enough location but it's in a shallow valley. The only flat areas are at the bottom where all the screaming kids were, everywhere else is on a slope.

General lay out of site, friendly staff on site, good facilities, option of reasonably price food & drink

Could not fault the place

Staff very friendly and helpful, toilets and showers good and kept clean, the Den on Friday night was great fun with good food and beer, would stay again.

The Dell was lovely, the toilets and showers were clean and good quality with a rustic feel. Lots of hot water.
Had the whole meadow to ourselves for some of our stay. Most definitely be back again!

Only thing was rubbish bin could have been emptied as it was overflowing.
