Lovely quiet farm site, easy to visit Gloucester, Stroud, Malvern hills and many more.
Peter was just amazing, the conditions due to the adverse weather were aweful. Peter contacted us twice via e-mail to offer to rebook and advise us of the conditions. We decided still to go and upon arrival Peter was very attentive and went out of his way to make us feel very welcomed.

Stayed the week unfortunately it rained the whole week so field did get very muddy and boggy. This would be a good base camp in better weather. There is toilets and a shower however these where a little dirty and had no toilet roll so don’t think anyone was keeping on top of cleaning lucky I was the only one on the site so stayed cleaned this might be different in high season. The site overall is ok definitely better if using as a base camp and going off for the day good links to motorways.

Nice friendly welcome when we called on arrival, choice of electric pitches, water was hot for hand washing.
Had a nice walk to The Rose & Crown for chips and a drink.

Shower/toilet block wasn’t clean. We camp a lot (hence being here in January!) so basic is absolutely fine and what we expected. The shower/toilet block seemed a bit neglected though - cobwebs, dead bugs, dirty toilet brush holder, handwash so low it wouldn’t come out. Shame, as the site is good!
