  • New, gated RV resort with full hook up sites
  • Located adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park
  • Near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, only 15 miles from the I-40

This beautiful 16 acre resort is located on Highway 321 in Cosby, Tennessee. From here it is just a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and from the I-40 via Newport. The resort is also located just across a narrow gravel road from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so there are plenty of trees here. There are even some hiking trails that lead into the National Park just across the gravel road.

Smoky Mountain Premier RV Resort is dedicated to giving guests a great camping experience. Whether you are in a large motor coach or a pop-up camper, the team here strive to provide you with a great experience while staying at the resort. Most of all, the sites are spacious and offer electric, water, sewer and cable at each site. The owners have worked very hard to provide nice, new amenities while keeping a park-like setting.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs
A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are not allowed in the on-site accommodations.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Extras
Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
The grocery shop is open between 01/01 and 12/31.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy
No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool
Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Sites
You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Additional terms

Local tax of 14.75% is not included and must be paid on arrival.

The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally, depending on the weather.
