Camping Os Ancares is a mountain site located in a valley of the Biosphere Reserve of Ancares, in the small town of Cervantes.
The site has a camping area with toilets and free hot showers. There is plenty of shade sheltering guests from the summer heat, ideal for an afternoon nap.
Other facilities include a bar and restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a good simple meal, a leisure area with a swimming pool, ping pong tables, darts and room for playing.

The campsite is located northeast of Lugo, at the border with Leon and Asturias. It sits in the Unesco Biosphere Reserve, a great base for your outdoors holiday. Hikers have a wide range of trails to choose from and can enjoy spectacular routes to Mostallar, Miravalles, Cuiña, Tres Obispos or Penarrubia.
After a long day walking or cycling, guests can enjoy the delicious local rich gastronomy including meat, fish, jamon, and a variety of wines such as Bierzo, Doña Blanca and Godello.
For a bit of culture, you can visit Piornedo in O Cebreiro, or Campo del Agua. The medieval castles of Doiras and Donis and Roman, the Romanesque churches and several pre-Roman forts are also within a short drive of the campsite.
