Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs
A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs are required to wear a muzzle.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras
Facilities/activities including welness centre are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
Welness centre: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €15.00 ($16.28) per adult and €15.00 ($16.28) per child per session.

General
A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between noon and 3 p.m..
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/01 and 12/31.
The spa is open between 01/01 and 12/31.

Hired accommodation
Hired accommodation: €100.00 ($108.56) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €30.00 ($32.56) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool
Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 12/31.

Reception
Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 06/01 and 08/31.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 09/01 and 12/20.
Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.

Sites
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles
No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/RV.

Visitors
Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
