Liked: Location amazing, great facilities. Bar and coffee shop and shop well stocked. Friendly staff. Great place to explore cornwall. Would recommend to others and would stay again.
Disliked: Pitch on a slight incline made difficult to put the awning against the Van. Pitch big enough though and the rest of the site more than made up for it.

Liked: The campsite was beautifully maintained. Showers and toilets clean, dog washing area a great facility. Staff friendly and food excellent. Beautiful location with a handy bus service on the doorstep. The farm animals and children's play area were both great additions and we plan to return with grandchildren in tow when they are a little older.

Nice, good clean facilities but be weary of feral families and kids.

Liked: Lovely sheltered location and clean, a site catered to families with excellent facilities.
Disliked: Great space, however everyone seemed to be grouped together!! This was the second campsite to have done this on our tour of Cornwall and Devon… why? We were pitched at the furthest part of the park and our neighbours, whom were 3 large families whom liked to play loud music, make their presence known and clearly didn’t understand bedtime. Not to mention their dogs not on a lead and wandering around just like their feral kids.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness and family-friendly facilities at our site. We're sorry to hear that your experience was affected by the placement of pitches and the behavior of other guests. We aim to create a peaceful environment for all visitors and will certainly look into how we can better manage spacing and noise levels to improve future stays. We appreciate your input and hope to provide a more relaxing experience if you choose to visit us again.

Liked: Facilities were great, clean and plenty of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant area was always clean. Drink selection good and the food was amazing, the pizza from the smokers and the grill burgers were spot on. Ideal location in-between newquay and padstow and a short or drive to local beach. Also a very dog friendly site with wash point and local walks. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: No dislikes apart from the wind, but that's not their fault.

From the manager: Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed our clean facilities, friendly staff, and amazing food—especially the pizza and burgers! It’s great to know that our location worked well for you, and we're happy your furry friend enjoyed the dog-friendly amenities. We can’t do much about the wind, but we're thrilled that it didn’t impact your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Liked: The facilities were brilliant and clean showers were very modern and always available, no queuing at all for a morning shower. The on site cafe/bar was fantastic, we enjoyed the smokehouse menu on the first night, food was delicious. We had a wet morning so decided to get breakfast at the cafe and which was great value for money and delicous quality food. The walk to porthcothan takes approximately 20 minutes with a spectacular beach. Easy access to the coastal path and short distance to other towns. We couldn’t fault this campsite, we really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be coming back! Thanks for our hospitality!
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: No heating in the showers or ventilation Hot water hit and miss A gate would be good to keep the dogs inside the dog field as they can escape if your not careful
