Liked: Peaceful Campsite. Extremely well maintained throughout our stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Toilets and showers where spotless 24/7. Alpaccas adder bonus! We have no negatives about this campsite, even a little tree house for the kids. We will definitely return

Liked: The whole family loved our trip. This is the second year we have stayed here and we will definitely be back again. Great, flat pitches. Very good wash room facilities. Perfect for visiting York's many attractions. The kids all love it as there's good room for them to play and they all enjoy seeing the chickens that are on site. We were even allowed in to see the young chicks which our two year old loved. Already excited to be back next year!

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked: Flat pitches, bbq hut is a great idea (didn’t use but had a nosey), love the tree house and animals, quiet, friendly staff
Disliked: One shower cubicle each for male and female, staff weren’t at reception when we signed in and took a while to turn up with no answer on either mobile numbers, no toilet roll or hand towels for the first night, cash only. Quite a basic campsite, there wasn’t a shop or anything on site.
