General

  • Friendly family-run site in the Suffolk countryside
  • Adjacent pond for fishing
  • Surrounded by country walks

Grange Farm Lodge is a friendly family-run site in the Suffolk countryside and a great base from which to explore many local attractions.

On site there is the opportunity to fish in a small pond just adjacent to the site. There is a path set out around the property which is ideal for country walks. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. The site itself stands in eight acres and the pitches are very large with plenty of room for the whole family.

The family look forward to giving you a warm welcome and enjoyable stay.

It’s a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Gee could not do enough to help us when we first arrived. Heather came and gave us some fresh eggs. The utilities are spotlessly clean. There are chickens and peacocks that freely roam about too. There are walks around the beautiful area. It’s an ideal base to get out and about in the car to and go exploring the area.
There is an electric hookup and tap right at each pitch.

Peaceful campsite with good size level pitches with water and electric hook ups. Friendly and helpful proprietors who presented box of freshly laid eggs on arrival.
Hens and rooster roaming freely on the site. Plenty of room on site and the grass is well trimmed.
Nice walks surrounding the campsite but dogs need to be on the lead mostly due to nesting birds.
Activities at nearby village hall on certain days of the week.
Small village setting with not much going on for kids but easy drive to Stowmarket or Bury St Edmunds or longer drive to the coast.

Great site, very quiet where the owners put the campers first and can't do enough for you if you need their help. They even jump started my car after a mishap with the car battery. Great for exploring the Suffolk countryside with great walks for dog owners right on your doorstep. A site I would recommend and will be returning to very soon.
