Retreat from your workaday cares at Berrends Farm Caravan and Camp Site, a well-maintained farm site close to where the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire borders meet.

With spacious pitches, tranquil orchard surrounds and easy access to the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, all that remains is for you to pack up your kit and drive down here – a task made splendidly straightforward by the fact that this site's a mere five-minute drive from the speedy M50.

Once you've pulled up at this rural spot, you could spend days lying back in the orchard cloud-gazing, tramp through the Malvern Hills (perhaps with a dog or two in tow) or visit cracking cathedral cities like Gloucester (30 minutes' drive) or Worcester (35 minutes).

After jam-packed sightseeing jaunts or days of nothing but sweet repose, your food options include barbecuing your own dinner on site or tucking into chef-cooked grub at the nearest pub (40 minutes on foot or a five-minute drive). Provisions for self-prepped meals can be picked up in nearby Ledbury (15 minutes).

As is expected when staying at a small-scale farm, here you can expect peace, quiet and splendid views, but you won't come back to base to find a chocolate on your pillow. Disliked:	Over crowded during stay - website said site was for 5 vans and 10 tents but we saw 9 vans and 7 tents at one stage. Road noise from nearby main road was ever present spoiling countryside vibe. Price of this site was very high for very basic facilities.

It was a busy weekend. some came in small camper vans but booked as tent pitches.

The main road possibly you are referring to is the M50 is circa 500 mtrs away. There are a lot of trees and hedges between site and the Motorway.

This is the first comment about road noise.

Re charges, many guests have commented how happy they have been with the charges.

We are continually reinvesting to ever improve our clients experience.

Lovely farm setting. Host was very friendly and apologetic.

Disliked:

Extremely overcrowded., even in if we weren't in the middle of covid conditions, the site was over subscribed. We arrived and was asked to park along the road due to lack of space. There were a couple of toilets and one shower. There must have been 20-25 different tents, caravans and motorhomes with family groups on a site of less than an acre. Tightly packed in. For safety reasons we packed up and found an alternative site.

It was a busy weekend. We do need to be more vigilant stopping people putting up additional add one tents not booked nor paid for.

Liked:	Really loved the little farm with its pigs and horses. Very friendly owners who were very helpful. Great location. Enjoyed our trip a lot and would recommend.
Disliked:	It was a bit overbooked and felt a bit like a car park, I would have happily paid a bit more for a bit more space.
