Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Restaurant Le Safran.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Please pick any available site on arrival.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

General

A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between noon and 2 p.m..
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
The bar is open between 01/01 and 12/31.
The games room is open between 07/01 and 08/30.
The grocery shop is open between 01/01 and 12/31.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
The restaurant is open between 01/01 and 12/31.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: €400.00 ($456.76) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €70.00 ($79.93) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

Pool

Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 12/31.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 12/31 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Reception is closed from noon to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
Reception is open from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/01 and 12/31.
Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
No charcoal barbecues allowed.
No gas barbecues allowed.
Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

Sites: a €50.00 ($57.10) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between midnight and 6 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
