Admission

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Entertainment and activities are available between 07/01 and 12/15.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 9 a.m..
The grocery shop is open between 05/01 and 12/15.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The restaurant is open between 04/11 and 12/15.
The spa is open between 04/11 and 12/15.

Occupancy

Pool

Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/10 and 09/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between midnight and 9 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
