Liked: The people, and restaurant.
Disliked: Didn't sell anything for smokers, shop limited, no hot water to wash up with, was told, they keep the hot water for the showers, can't have both. The taps to far from sink, couldn't reach, not ideal fot a short person to wash up, but they provide a step up. Dogs in local area barking half tbe night.

Liked: Great site with friendly, informative lovely staff. very near to the metro. Food in the on site restaurant was very good and the staff and service were great.

Liked: Handy for Valencia with the tram nearby at a very reasonable price. Cafe/restaurant on site but was closed when we were there on Monday but lovely fresh bread in the morning. Lovely facilities. Quiet. This is my third visit to this site. Would recommend.

Liked: Really short walk to metro and very easy to get into central Valencia.
Local town Betera also offers cafes, bars restaurant shops, banks etc etcDisliked: Flooding in part of the site when it rained, waste water smell and facilities could do with updating.
You pay for what you get showers / toilets clean food was excellent
