I visited Tyn Yr Onnen recently to take my three year old on her first ever camping trip and she absolutely loved it there! Beautiful location, clean amenities (with hot showers), huge playground with sandpit, animals to visit, walks to go on and friendly staff always available to chat. We had a huge pitch which gave us loads of room for running around and playing. Definitely will return!

Great site, lots of room. Very friendly hosts who couldnt be more helpful. Very clean toilet/shower blocks and nice hot water. Absolutely beautiful views, lots of animals to see and feed. They also have a mushroom farm which they were super nice showing me around and telling me what they do! Would 100% come back to this campsite

Excellent facilities, very clean and well-maintained. Friendly welcome, from humans, dogs, llamas and donkeys alike! Oh and of course the views were especially epic.

The views. The cleanliness. The cost of things it was all great.

There wasn't a shelf in the men's shower near the shop so it was tricky to not get everything a splashed. Also fires 100% out by 10:30? I understand but in the summer you're putting it out before there's any atmosphere and in the winter it'd be before it got cold. Anyway it is what it is. The site was immaculate so it's only a tiny niggle.

Very well kept site, lovely and clean. The staff are super friendly. Owners god even snuck down and laid with us whilst eating our breakfast. He didn’t even try and get the food very well behaved dog. Definitely would come back again. The views are stunning which is a added bonus. You do get WiFi but it is hit and miss but that is the joys of being in the middle of nowhere.

Location was stunning. Showers were hot. Well kept.

Other campers playing music all day and into the late evening was annoying. Also felt the donkeys could have been better cared for. Their feet were long and children were feeding them food such as cucumber and sweets. I really felt their welfare was not being thought about.

This is such a lovely site, very clean facilities and friendly owners and staff. Only a few miles from Llynn Cwellyn and the Snowdon ranger path. Very quiet and peaceful site with stunning views. Highly recommend.
