Reception needs better sign posting, 10.30pm curfew for putting out the campfire on a chilly night was slightly off putting especially the warden check telling us to extinguish, if we were a rowdy group I'd get it but just a couple having a relaxing drink around the fire felt like we were being watched and micro managed

Really lovely picturesque, peaceful site, amenities are great, toilets and shower blocks lovely and clean, nice hot showers.
Loved feeding the donkeys, has a nice little play area if you have younger kids and the reception has a little shop in where you can buy donkey food and also hire fire pits/buy logs.
Staff are really friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them.
Look forward to returning soon.

The friendless of the staff, I loved the welcome and the tour of the site. I have often it quite nerve wracking not knowing where to go or find stuff but they took this away by showing you around.

Great facilities, hot showers free to use no time limits.

Bardzo dobrze oznaczone i zadbane miejsca namiotowe, wyznaczone miejsca na bbq, piękne widoki na góry. Toalety i prysznice czyste. Plac zabaw dla dzieci. Właściciel prowadzi mały sklep gdzie można kupić artykuły pierwszej potrzeby, jak również jajka od jego kur i pyszne burgery z owcy. Cisza, spokój. Właściciele bardzo uprzejmi i chętni do pomocy. Free wifi.

The toilet block could have been bigger

When we arrived we were shown to our allocated pitch. Unfortunately the tent next door had pitched badly and encroached into the pitch allocated to us. The site had no problems in rearranging other pitches to resolve this problem and we ended up with. Decent flat pitch with plenty of room. The facilities are clean and well functioning. The shop had lots of nice things and some camping essentials in case anything was forgotten. There were donkeys alpaca and sheep on site that you could feed. There's a small playground and sandpit, enough to keep our 6 year old entertained. The site is in a beautiful location and was pretty quiet.
There was a strict fires out policy and staff enforced this with a friendly but firm manner and the quiet time was well respected. Staff were always around keeping the site clean and we're very helpful. After each departure each pitch was checked and tidied ready for the next arrival.

We were very welcome and will definitely visit again.

Whilst we could connect to WiFi, we found it didn't actually work very well. But it wasn't really a problem for us.

Friendly staff, lovely quiet and beautiful location. Great for cycling and walking. Nice and closed location to Snowdonia.
