Liked: Location. Near a road but you don't really notice. Fantastic base to explore the cotswolds.
We love history and you are surrounded by it. With cirencester, bath, Gloucester and many other historic places just on the doorstep.
We stayed in the shire house which is fab for 2 people and 2 dogs. Has a fridge and kettle. Bring an extension 4 way lead to plug your extras in. Wifi good enough to run netflix on laptop. Bring a stove to cook on or you can ping in their on site microwave. Showers OK, clean with lots of loo roll!Disliked: Bed a bit to hard. Remote, roads have poor walkways, no pub in walking distance as nearest closed down.

Liked: Well looked after, clean, and in a great location. The staff were also really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: For anyone staying bear in mind that there are only two toilets and showers, which was the only downside.
