Roger did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from an easy check-in to jump-starting our car. Perfect facilities kept to an impeccable standard, with plans to invest for the future, highly recommended.

Large pitches, great showers and toilets , very quiet and lovely owner .
Great central location for visiting the sites of Cornwall.
Lovely 2 mile walk through the woods to Portreath.

Our only niggle was it rained lots and the outside washing up area leaked,

Lovely site, close to local pub and other amenities. The owner is a lovely lady, very helpful and the facilities are very clean.

I cannot say enough nice things about this campsite, it is as described in the advert.
The open area in front of the pitches in the meadow was brilliant, it allowed the children room to play and explore whilst allowing the adults to keep a distant eye on them.
The toilet/shower block was lovely, kept clean and well stocked each day, and the outside pot washing area was adequate enough for the size of campsite.
Often on our early morning loo visits we would take a minute to watch the sunrise across the valley, or just take in the amazing scenery.
The effort put in by both Amy and Roger to run this campsite is amazing, cant wait to go back next year.

A beautiful little gem hidden on farmland. The owner of the campsite was really lovely and friendly. The facilities are absolutely outstanding and although the toilets and showers are communal, they were really private and so no problems at all. It was probably the cleanest campsite I have stayed on. The views are stunning. Definitely recommend.

I didn’t like the football pitch in the middle of the campsite. I didn’t find it very relaxing hearing a ball being booted when I was trying to relax. I assume this was for the kids.

The layout with individual bays separated by hedges, the views, and the straightforward facilities. The ease of check-in.

Lights in the toilets and showers kept going off as the timer was much too short. Doors don’t show up as engaged or vacant.

Spacious clean campsite. Having individual power showers in shower cubicles a welcome sight. Shower cubicles very spacious.
Sheltered washing stations, well labelled bins.
Nice to see a pro-active approach to recycling.

Good location to local village and services.There is clearly a lot of pride that goes into the appearance and maintenance of the site as a whole.

Seemed to be a bit of ambiguity to the electric element of the pitch - an optional addition on booking. For some reason this was not reflected in the booking, but then duly paid for at check in.

The much bigger point to note was the excessive noise from what seems like a selection of industrial units on the edge of the main barn building neighbouring the field. Appreciate there are works going on and an element of this site being a working farm. The noise continued into the evening. It's a minor gripe, but it did detract from the stay.
