Great stay at hatfeild, kids enjoyed the inflatable obstacle course.

Pitches are very close together, also site next to a very busy motorway. The noise from lorries kept us awake most nights. Also pitch was very unlevel

Everything! This was our 4th or 5th stay at Hatfield and we'll be back again next year. We love the fact its all fully enclosed with plenty of room for the kids to play safely. The other guests were lovely and friendly and I can't thank the staff enough for keeping the facilities clean and well stocked.
Firepits and BBQ's were also allowed so we roasted some marshmallows.
Also enjoyed the water sports aswell as the kids,

Lovely stay, we’d booked Friday- Monday but kids was enjoying it that much we booked an extra night. We felt away from home even though we are from Doncaster. We went on a boat Sunday & was lovely. Clear water - just freezing. Your hour seems to fly.

Clean site & shops reasonably priced.

Aqua park is really expensive- as a family of 5. But when the kids are older I might think about it. Also, booking option to have longer on the water - your hour passes too quick & by time kids have built up the confidence to go in the water it’s time to get out! Maybe also offering some sort of discount for activities while camping- we would have tried more.

When we booked our extra night the staff member we did it with wasn’t overly happy about us doing so - kept trying to put us off.

The setting was nice and close to amenities. Nice clean shower block. And shop had everything you need.

The price for the activities. The rock hard ground which bent my pegs. The mosquitoes. The 10.30pm bed time rule.

The feel of the camp was nice, surrounded by trees. Very clean, unisex toilets and showers where really nice and usually clean and tidy.The water activities were great and the play park kept the children busy.

The pitches weren't marked out and chosen for campers very well. We were in motorhome in a very strange shaped pitch with not enough space. The rules of fires and music off by a certain time wasn't always dealt with and we had campers behind us being dangerous with fire and music blasting u till midnight, security guard didn't do anything, just walked passed without concern.

Clean tidy site, mixture of things for all age children todo, have been before but now all done out its better, will be back

Too busy with too many tents

Just me and my dog. Only 50 odd pitches, nice sizes with plenty of space. The dog walking area is a very large public area, was an excellent addition to be able to walk the dog around such a beautiful area. Toilet block is fantastic, each cubicle is a wet room and kept very clean. Other campers respectful of noise rules and firepits are allowed - bonus!! Children were having a great time around camp and on the lake, something for everyone here 👍

Midges/mosquitoes!! Nothing the campsite can do about that but take mosquito repellent aplenty!

Great activities on the lake, staff were really friendly and helpful.
Pitches were numbered, (we had electric pitches 31 and 32).
The site is small but great for kids. My granddaughter loved kayaking and the aqua park.
Great (big) dog walking field.
Good size pitches, flat too.
Toilet block was clean with good showers.
A great weekend.

The mosquitos. Swarms of them in the long grass under the trees which venture all around camp in the evening.
We needed loads of insect repellant and citronella candles (which didn’t seem to work).
It was a shame as the site and activities are great but the midges were an absolute pain.

The whole site was fun, lots of activities on site and the skate park. Be warned of the swarms of gnats of an evening on the skate park!

The staff guided us as to where to go with the dog. We met lots of happy campers too.

They do not hire out wet suits for the natural lake pool!

Everything about the site, facilites, location, activities - all perfect.
