Liked: Beautiful and friendly place to camp two pubs in walking distance nice big field walks to go on great for main base if cycling đźš´ the roads around camp site not far from main shops also bus to take you to shops and back beautiful quiet place slept like log no noise from road

Liked: Was easy to find via sat nav, was a quick and informative handover. Very basic but has everything you need, having the chicken/ducks was nice for the kids.
Disliked: I gave 4 start instead of 5 due to the noise you can hear off the road.

Liked: Nice location with lots to do in short driving distance. Clean and tidy site. Use of fridge/freezer and plenty of information about local activities on the noticeboard. The British Ironworks centre is excellent and loads of local pubs offering food.
Disliked: May need more toilets when busy. Would really like WiFi even if extra cost.

Liked: Fairhaven is a lovely, quiet campsite, we were situated in a nice secluded spot which is just how we like it. Facilities were very well looked after and regularly cleaned. Carrie was a lovely host.
Disliked: Only thing I could comment on is that the showers are inside 2 out of 3 of the toilets so there could be queues for the toilet every so often, being pregnant I was probably in the queue more than most!

Liked: My adult Daughter and I have just returned from our Bank holiday weekend stay at Fairhaven. We stayed in the smaller Bell Tent. The facilities are spotless. Carrie, the owner, was also around to check that we were happy with everything. We also hired a fire pit for both nights which was lovely too. There are a couple of local Pubs but we went out and about as there is so much to see and do within the locality.
