New toilet and showering facilities with high levels of cleanliness

Unpleasant smell (sometimes overwhelming) of sewage. There is a sewage treatment plant nearby. Despite the many positives of the site, this would prevent me from considering staying here again
The showers (there are 8) can't cope with all being in use at the same time - the water stops or reduces to a dwindle

A brilliant site - walking distance to the beach with accessible coastal and country walks nearby. Food options in Exmouth were great, as was the cafe and bar on site. The showers were warm, clean and plentiful. Great owners and a decent sized pitches.

Nothing here to dislike.

Not a lot

nothing unpaid babysitter parent brought his kids to the field we was on and told them to play by our plot . While parents getting drunk in the far side of the other field
we was the only people on the field as the other campers went to a private party.
Was told if we left we would get a refund. This was 645pm
But she just got snotty and emails saying its a children and dog friendly site

bag of dog poo and empty can of cider in pitch next door to us encouraging fly's, wasps and other dog NOT on leads weeing there lovely went to complain but reception closed by 6pm

Following your call to our emergency number, I went to your allocated pitch 306. Nothing was found. However, I did notice an empty cider can and a dog poo bag on pitch 307. This pitch was already checked in on and the campers were out. You were on the incorrect pitch.We are a dog friendly and family campsite which is mentioned on our website and any third party platforms.
Perhaps we are not the type of campsite you were looking for.

Lovely lady at reception gave us a warm friendly welcome and we stayed an extra day just from the way we were greeted. Lovely modern facilities on site.

Site very clean, shower & toilet block good, friendly staff, washing-up area loads hot water, well marked pitches, quiet rural location but pub & superstore close by, close to beach 10 minute bike ride,

Plugs in basins didn't hold water for long so wasted hot water
Some of the basin push down cold taps need servicing they ran for ages.

Absolutely loved our stay very friendly staff and guests. The facilities were extremely clean it’s lovely and peaceful on the evenings also it’s brilliant for dogs with lovely walks. Oh an no seagulls which was fantastic!!

Only thing I can think of is which way the wind blew ;)
