With regard to the recycling we have tried several ways to operate a recycling system but many guests just simply ignore it and I then have to open up all the tied binbags and manually sort through everyone's rubbish which is not practical or very pleasant!

    Quiet, well kept site, next to wooded short dog walk. 10-15 min walk to a lovely dog-friendly pub. Site-owner was friendly and helpful.

    Really nice quiet site on the edge of the new forest. Was perfect stop off on our way down to Weymouth. Only a handful of pitches and all well spread out from each other. There is an ancient wooded forest on site which was perfect for the dog to walk around. lovely friendly host also who came to check in on everyone to see that they had everything they needed.

    The quietness of the park with the wildlife freely awaiting our wake up.The woodland walks and the cleanness and simpleness of the park and lovely to be on a small site. Great village pubs

Hi Samantha, we are delighted you had a lovely stay with us! It often makes guests smile when I'm walking down to the pitches at the same time as they arrive but sadly not my psychic abilities just the camera bleeping me when anyone comes through the gate! It also give our guests a bit of peace of mind that we know who is coming in and out as we always check the odd non resident wanderer usually looking for directions!
