OK for an overnight night or if you are fishing.

A bit rough and only one shower for the whole place.

Stunning lakes very well looked after , we were made to feel very welcome. Pitches were nice and spacious.

As we arrived we were told there was a fishing match the following day so there would be some traffic, they arrived at 6.30 for a 10 am match, all chatting and laughing as well as walking across the pitches,
Hence some of these guys used the only loo on site, it certainly wasn't cleaned before them and now it was even worse.
The toilet seat had a hole in the side which had been filled with filler, why not buy a new one,
The pods there were very nice, fenced off so there was an element of privacy. Shame couldn't be said of where we were.
This was an adult only site but fisherman's children were allowed to run about between vans.

The location: Simply stunning lakeside walks, some rumble from traffic but drowned out most of the time by birdsong.

The facilities. Spotless and worked well.

This was a return visit to this site, we previously stayed in October last year and we returned specifically this time for the fishing. The site is in a lovely rural setting although there is some traffic noise from the nearby A12 the site as a whole is peaceful and quiet. The lakes are beautifully kept and there are nice walks and the fishing was excellent.

Very friendly site. The grounds and lakes were kept beautifully. Very very clean.

Also a great cafe with breakfast by the lake.

Shower and toilet basic

The quiet location.

The toilet and shower facilities are in serious need of a complete overhaul. No facilities to wash dishes. A very basic campsite.
