Disliked: Don’t stay here unless you want to get shouted at by very rude receptionist lady. Unclear and early checkout times, we had checked out of the chalet at 10am and did not realise we had to leave site, we were about to ask to stay another night or offer some payment for lateness as we quietly enjoyed the pool and we were told to GO AWAY amongst a lot of other abuse by the lady receptionist. We are both 19 and very new to travelling imagine shouting at 19 year olds as an older women I came away crying.
An excellent stay with a pitch overlooking Florence.

Liked: The view over Florence from our pitch was great. Clean site and clean comprehensive facilities. Friendly staff. Easy transportation to the local town connecting with the local bus to Florence which goes every 20 minutes.
Disliked: Not much to be honest. The camper service area could be easier to use - a drain on both sides would help

Für Zelt müsste separater Platz gebucht und bezahlt werden, obwohl genug Platz auf Wohnmobilpazelle vorhanden war und ich auch alles vorher angekündigt und bestätigt bekommen habe.
