Swimming pool is warm, parks for kids are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was great. The music is loud and goes on until 10-11pm. So I would advise you if you go to bed early to set up camp at the pitches furthest away from the bar. Kids club is also fun for the kids from 10am till 12pm. Toilets and showers are well maintained.

The paths to the toilets could do with the wonky slabs fixing.

Leaving

Terrible loud live ‘music’ which consisted of shouting and blowing a horn repeatedly until 12.30 at night. Dirty unkempt facilities and site. Groups being very noisy and kids running around unsupervised.

Location for an overnight

The campsite was ok for an overnight. It is clean but dated, the showers were poor. The push button was coming off the wall and the water came out just like a hose pipe. Patio slap paths leading to the shower block were loose and dangerous. We were late having showers due to travelling however there was no lights.

Didnt feel well run or well kept. Facilities were old and not clean. Pool did not look inviting

Lovely site with with plenty of play areas for the children, level pitches each in their own area bordered by trees and hedges

Whilst live music and a disco is a lovely idea, it went on until midnight which made it hard to get the kids to sleep as it was very loud throughout the camping area.

Lovely quiet site. Friendly staff. Clean. Lovely pool. Food in snack bar nice but could have a few healthier options :)

Showers were not the best and need updating but they were quite clean.
Couldn’t find the animals in the other site so children were disappointed.

The facilities including the swimming pool were very good. The staff were pleasant and friendly as well. Good location to explore further afield as well. Pitches were private and well kept.

Quite noisy at night - our tent was near the bar and the love entertainment went on to quite late (11ish) which was a bit much for our young one.
