Everything about the site was fantastic, from the welcome to the information given and the high standard of the ablutions and wading facilities

Lovely place. Reception very welcoming and informative. Only stayed as a stop over for one night but would definitely stay again.

Quiet site tucked in a beautiful location just off the M6. We dropped in to break the journey home to Scotland from the south of England. Next time plan to stop a few days and explore North Lancashire 🌺

Very friendly reception. A well kept site . Excellent toilet and shower facilities . Convenient bus stop if needed. Reasonably priced.

Lovely clean site with mostly private pitches (small hedges between them). A few minutes drive from Jctn 11 on the M5 making it an ideal stop off point between the north and south which is perfect for us. Staff friendly, site clean, facilities superb and great location

Road noise, but due to being very close to the A40 and M5 it's a small price to pay

A very tidy site and lovely helpful couple managing it. Toilet block has a good number of showers and wash basins always with hot water and all in excellent clean condition. Dish wash area has 3 sinks with hot and cold water.
This adults only site is in an excellent location with frequent services (every 10 mins weekday and 20mins weekends) for visiting Cheltenham, Gloucester and even Cirencester (less frequent) using our bus passes. The bus stops only 2 mins from the campsite. Cirencester needed a change of bus with overall travel time around 1hr 20mins.
A 15 minute walk to a retail park with an Asda (fantastic fillet steak for the barbie), also a Harvester, KFC and Chinese take away with delivery to the site.
A garden centre and air museum with refreshments within walking distance, or bus.
The only downside is traffic noise from the A40 at night but it does quieten down overnight so we did manage to get a reasonable night’s sleep. It’s probably much quieter on the pitches the far side of the site but wasn’t a big issue for us.
