Liked: A really nice, clean place to stay and feel safe in my EV. Electric hookup is neat and reliable. Excellent showers and facilities.

Liked: Lovely camp site had the cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen.
Reception were fantastic, friendly and helpful with checking us in and making sure we knew everything.
They had also turned on the heating prior to us getting there so it was lovely and warm!Will definely be back again in the future!

Liked: Loved the cosy feel of the glamping pod. So clean and well maintained. Toilets and shower facilities were also exceptional
Disliked: Option to pay for bedding at the venue rather than bring our own

Liked: Beautifully kept site. Warm welcome and really good sized pitches. The toilet block was clean, modern, with everything you could require. Really close to both Cheltenham and Gloucester for sight seeing. Walking distance to pubs and shops. Even a daily visit from a fox.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Our first Motorhome trip in April this year was here and so it was fitting that we ended the year here also - seriously cannot fault facilities or location
Disliked: More of a heads up really - the Wi-Fi was patchy in use , maybe a booster required?

We have three new WiFi boosters awaiting to be installed...now things are a little quieter they will be installed within the month which should alleviate any "patchiness".

Liked: Lovely site. Really clean and modern toilet and shower facilities, including a hairdryer! Very secure site, height barrier closes after 8pm. Big pitches.

Liked: A quiet site despite nearby A40. Anpr for barrier system works well for easy access/egress. Toilet block adequate and clean but push button showers let it down.
Disliked: Serviced pitch had such low water pressure that it could not keep up with 12v water pump. So as to prevent burnout had to keep turning tap on to top up water barrel but could not use the float valve as water only trickled in.
Thank you for your feedback Graham and I'm pleased you read that you enjoyed our location. I really wish you had popped into the office and notified us about the water pressure so we had an opportunity to put things right. I will now ensure the bollard is inspected and fixed, but I'm afraid that we cannot fix issues if they are not brought to our attention. Best Wishes, Jo
