Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay with us didn’t meet your expectations, and it’s disappointing to learn that you chose to leave early.

We always do our very best to ensure guests have a positive experience and are here at reception should any concerns arise during a stay so it’s a real shame we didn’t have the opportunity to speak with you in person and try to resolve things at the time.

All guests are provided with a park plan upon arrival, where all amenities and facilities including our two fully equipped service areas are clearly marked. We're sorry if this wasn’t as clear to you at the time, as we always aim to help guests feel informed and settled from the start.

With regard to the washroom cleaning schedule. I understand that you entered the building during the cleaning period, past the clearly displayed closed signs, and encountered one of our team members mid-clean. That team member was Joy, who many of our guests know and frequently praise for her warmth, helpfulness, and genuinely friendly nature. I can say with absolute confidence that Joy would never intentionally raise her voice or speak to a guest in a rude manner - it’s simply not in her character. She will be very upset to read your comments, as she takes great pride in making everyone feel welcome and cared for during their stay.

Our team consistently receives praise for their friendliness and approachability, and I know they’ll be very upset to read your comments, as they work incredibly hard to make every guest feel welcome and looked after.
