Liked: Beautiful, quiet site with really friendly staff and the fishing lake was a huge bonus. If toilets and showers were clean it’d be perfect
Disliked: Toilets and showers are in dire need of an upgrade and require more than half an hour clean a day, they’re always filthy. Really takes the shine off a beautiful site unfortunately. Wifi only works within 6ft of the shop (not a game changer for us but maybe for some)
Thankyou for your review, the toilets are being upgraded this year, when you were here the weather was not very good, and unfortunately, rain and grass, its hard to keep them clean all the time, we clean them at least three times a day, wifi is not advertised on pitch up, as it is only around the shop area

Liked: Big open field for us and kids to play games in. Lovely country side location.
Owners were really chilled and friendly and helpful.Disliked: Showers and toilet facilities were limited but didn’t really matter for a 2 night stay.

Liked: Lovely location, with easy access to great dog walking, local farm shop and nearby Kedleston Hall. The Crich Tramway Village was also only a short drive away. The site staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially when our large awning was damaged in a freak rain storm. The pitches are sloping so some levelling chocks are advisable. We chose not to use our technology so cannot comment on availability of WiFI. The site was very quiet. We would definitely stay again.
