Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General
Entertainment and activities are available between 01/01 and 31/12.

Extras
Facilities/activities including hall, tennis court, bike, canoe and kayak rental are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety
Firearms are not permitted.

Dogs
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

General
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras
Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy
No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety
Open fires are prohibited.

General
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to midnight and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/05 and 30/06.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/09 and 31/10.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between 01/01 - 30/04 and 01/11 - 31/12.

Sites
Sites: a €10.00 ($18.12) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Vehicles
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/RV, please select the extra.

General
The grocery shop is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

Pool
The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

General
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The restaurant is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
The spa is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

Sites
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Admission
Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors
Visitors are not permitted on site.
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

Sites
You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.
