Bella vistas assuredly await at the comely park of Camping Bella Vista in Liguria's Province of Savona, for its handsomely colourful setting is against mountains and big skies, an easy kilometre and a half from the clear waters and golden sands of the Gulf of Genoa on the Italian Riviera.
As it's owned and run by a Dutch family, bella vistas of floral displays are easily found on site too, at the big flower garden which also comes kitted out with a sun terrace, pool and paddling pool for long lazy days. A playground is on hand to keep the kids busy, and free wifi is available throughout the park for yet more lazing.
Bella Vista's facilities and amenities are grouped in the main building alongside reception, and include a bar and a shop, along with solar-powered showers, a launderette and a washing-up corner with cold running water.
The park is very popular during high season, so guests looking for a relaxing, quiet stay may prefer to stay elsewhere.

Beste Astrid, Jammer om te horen dat jullie niet tevreden waren. De directe omgeving is er inderdaad in de 43 jaar dat wij hier zitten niet mooier op geworden. Het betere strand is hier 2 kilometer vandaan, daar gaan veel campinggasten heen en wij ook, dit is 20 minuten lopen. Er is hier zeker geen tippelzone in de buurt, ik weet niet waar u dit heeft gezien?? Hier langs de kust en ook in de bergen zijn hele mooie, gezellige stadjes en dorpjes. Misschien had u andere verwachtingen van de Ligurische kust? Wij hopen dat u in Frankrijk wel een fijne vakantie heeft gehad en willen jullie bedanken voor jullie bezoek aan onze camping. |

This is lovely land, close to the Genoan coast and with seaside strolls, old towns and ancient sites all within easy reach.
It's a short drive or bike ride from here to Ceriale for walks on the coastal path and pitstops among the many restaurants, shops and ice cream parlours. Beaches are within about a kilometre and a half, or you could make a splash at the Caravelle waterpark a couple of kilometres away.
Camping Bella Vista is set on the outskirts of Albenga, about five kilometres from its medieval centre, cathedral and the Palazzo Peloso Cepolla manor house – now home to the Roman Naval Museum with ship remains dating back to the first century AD.
For more ancient sites, a short drive will take you to the Toirano caves and its three caverns, Basura, Santa Lucia and Colombo, and to the medieval town centre of Toirano on the banks of the Varatella.
Foodwise, local cuisine is based on wholesome fare including artichokes, asparagus, courgettes and tomatoes: ravioli faraballà, veg soup zemin and Vermentino and Rossese wines are all popular picks.

Dear Mrs.
I'm sorry about the double booking. I did ask you to have a look at 12, because they were in departure. I thought it would also give me some time to look at another option. But instead of coming back and looking at a solution you just left without a notification.
Then I could atleast have given back the reservationfee, because it was our fault you didn't have a pitch. We do have larger pitches and another entry on our campsite for larger vehicles till 9 metres.
We also understand that the road towards our campsite isn't very welcoming but therefor we normally make up on the site.
I hope you found a nice campsite in the area, also hope this experience didn't ruïn your vacation.
