Clean and tidy site. Very quiet, plus easy access to Lyme Regis.

The showers in the nearest block to us did not work unfortunately. We tried all the showers in that block.

The log pod we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We had a heater, being cold in March, and electric power points so we could use our kettle and toaster.
The swimming pool on site was warm and the sauna was a bonus.
Close enough to the town to be able to walk and close to various tourist sites.

The only problem we found was the showers were not very hot or powerful on our first day. Being as it was the first weekend of the season we expected some hiccups and it was soon rectified.

The premises and accomodation were very well kept and clean, the bath house warm and the showers hot! Lastly and most importantly the reception staff was very lovely and gave good suggestions for the area. As a dog owner, I appreciated that there are two big fenced dog walking areas and the surrpunding area offers a lot of nice walking/hiking options. The little town down by the sea has a dog friendly pub and a lovely little cafe for breakfast or tea and cake. The premises seem to have good recreational areas like a playground and pool, both of which I did not make use of, but they made a good impression.

The noise from the big road was quite present, after a moment however it easily disappears into the background.

Het opgemaakte bed in de Pod. In eerste instantie had ik begrepen dat je zelf de kussens en dekens moest meenemen. Bij telefonisch kontakt voor de aanvang van de vakantie heeft men heel correct uitgelegd dat deze aanwezig waren en doordat ik bijbetaald had voor het beddengoed was dit allemaal in orde. De Borgsom die bij het reserveren van de pod op de camping gevraagd mocht worden heeft men niet gevraagd. Ook niet op mijn vraag of we die niet moesten betalen.

Het was voor ons (ouder stel 70+) nogal een eindje lopen naar de toiletten. Vooral omdat het de week dat we gereserveerd hadden erg veel geregend heeft.
