Nice and quiet, Lovely site just what we needed.

We loved everything they had to offer!
From the well maintained grounds, to the wonderful staff everything, was above what we expected.
This is not your normal camp site -they have thought of everything from heated toilet blocks (which are like a 4*hotel quality), we loved the kids play areas, recreation room (which is great to warm up in and keep kids entertained in the rain), information hut. It has a lovely little shop stocked with essentials and the bar (albeit not open every day) when was open, was warm and good priced and the food was wonderful, hot and tasty.
The route around site was well lit, paved and made sure is good for all weather's. We liked that our tent area had marked pitches and picnic benches.
All the staff were polite, approachable, friendly and funny. Sharon really made our stay!

The rain

Such a delightful site, so well organised. Nice little shop, bar and place to eat. All very cosy.
Excellent and exceedingly clean shower and toilet facilities.
All the pitches set out with a decent distance between pitches.
Good dog walking area’s.
Defo going to plan a return visit.

Everything, the campsite is beautiful the facilities where so clean and the staff were amazing very helpful and very friendly.

We received customer service above and beyond from very friendly staff.

We arrived and was directed to our allocated pitch. Unfortunately because of the weather (very heavy rain) we were unable to get onto the hard standing of the pitch off the grass field. The site staff saw us struggling to get onto the hard standing and they instantly came over to try to help. Due to the weather, we were never going to get on the pitch - it needed us to drive up a grass patch which was running with water and very slipy. So they contacted reception and got us allocated to a different pitch with gravel access.
The site is very well laid out and the pitch sizes are really large, well maintained with individual service posts at each pitch. Each pitch has hard standing with large grass area to the side.
Toilets and showers were extremely clean with plenty of hot water.
I went to reception one day for a minor enquiry and they couldn't do enough for me.

The site is very quite and is a long way of any main roads, so not traffic noise. Because of the size of the pitches there was also no noise from the other pitches around us. This would be a brilliant site in good weather.

Would have been nice if the bar was open more often but it was low season. Also pitches were a little water logged but that was due to the weather not lack of maintenance

A great site that is laid out in various areas rather than a big field. There is a central fishing pond. The toilet shower blocks were immaculate. There was also an on site restaurant open some evenings. The site staff were helpful and friendly and overall this was a great experience.

The only slight downside was the location, in that there is no pub in walking distance and only one footpath to walk out on which means getting in the car if you want to go anywhere. Having said that once you are in the car a great location for exploring North Norfolk.
