Family run, extremely clean, new showers / toilets

Would have liked the pub to be open during the whole week, but out of season so understand why not

We had a super large pitch overlooking the lake which was beautiful. The bathroom facilities were also the best I’ve used on a campsite.

The campsite were really helpful before we arrived - I am a wheelchair user and they were helpful in finding a pitch that best suited my needs.

Quiet, well positioned site, convenient for exploring the area. Great bathroom facilities, friendly bar with good takeaway meals. Shop well stocked. Good area to exercise the dog

Couldn't get the hang of the WiFi sign up. A list of local eateries would be helpful

Very well laid out site with lots of levels and separate areas. It’s also very tidy and well kept.

Because there are so many very big trees there are also a lot of shady areas. We were lucky to be allocated a sunnier pitch and we booked again but asked for a specific spot

Lovely clean and qiuet site, well laid out with ample space between pitches. Friendly staff who are happy to help with help and advise. Toilet/shower blocks are modern and clean, plenty of hot water in the showers. Barney bar serves takeaway food and you can site either in the bar or in the gardens for a drink. The shop supplies a selection if fresh baked bread and pastries which can be ordered in advance.This site is situated in a beautiful countryside area, within short journeys to both seaside and inland attractions.

The facilities at Old Brick Kiln are incredible especially the modern private bathrooms which are really great for people with young children that need time and space to use them.
The restaurant serves very reasonably priced and great tasting food which can be eaten at the bar area or taken back to a tent or caravan.
There is also a shop that has a wide range of handy items such as fresh milk, eggs, drinks, snacks and caravan and camping spares.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us all weekend.
