Friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful views. Close to walks and a town to pick up essentials. Lots of space for the children to play. Loved the ingenious way that farm trailers were repurposed as showers and washing up facilities.

Not a dislike but a forewarning... the facilities are very basic but clean and functional. If you want a modern toilet and shower block, this is not the place for you.

Facilities not the best and not enough of them

Almost everything, the pitches were close but enough room to play and have a fire safely. The staff were excellent and any questions we had they answered. The facilities although basic were very good.
Lots of families and lots of friendships made, it was so good we booked an extra night.

There was a pizza van on the Saturday night and an Icecream/coffee van on the Sunday. Unfortunately we had bought our food for the evenings otherwise we would have made more use of this had we been pre warned. The pizza van looked excellent and the gelato and coffee were delicious.

Stayed from Friday to Monday. Blessed with lovely weather. Site clean and spacious. Hired a fire pit. Staff friendly. Close to pleasant hill walks and good pubs.

Lovely countryside campsite with a nice view. Basically a big field could pitch up anywhere we like. Has basic facilities, toilets, shower, communal fridge, drinking water. Can hire a fire pit for the night with everything included.
