All facilities closed whenever they liked. No breakfast available at all for 2 of the days and only available from 11am-12pm on the other days! According to staff they were not busy enough to stay open so we were kicked out of the bar/clubhouse at 8:30pm with only 15 mins to finish our drinks (in the middle of a game of pool). This was after spending around £30 in the arcades for the kids! Hot water scalding so couldn’t shower the kids. Showers and toilets located in static area not touring area which seems silly. Advertised as beach facing but all you can see is the beach huts. Overall a real disappointment as this was our holiday! We booked it because of the cafe and clubhouse on site so we could enjoy our holiday. To think we were looking for a static to buy on this site. Glad we tried in a tourer first as won’t be returning and won’t be buying!
If all we wanted was a field with water and electric we could have gone elsewhere for a lot cheaper!

The reception staff were lovely, the location was great and the site was clean.

I booked on pitchup and selected a swimming pool as a must. Being a Park resort, expected it and didn't double check. The mention of the swimming pool in the email was generic.

Despite it being half term, and a park resort, there was no entertainment on for the 3 days we booked (mon-wed) The bar didn't stock brandy and closed at 930.

I basically left my regular plain boring (according to my eldest son) pitch that I pay £15pn to pay 3 times that for absolutely nothing.

Absolutely everything. So immaculately clean and fresh everywhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Jeff the manager, The receptionist on arrival and the ‘new girl on the block Leigh we’re all fabulous.
We will most certainly return to this spotless beautiful place .
