Liked: Staff were amazing, very helpful and polite. Couldn’t do enough for us. Site had good parking and lots of amazing things for children. We didn’t take our baby but we will definitely be rebooking to take our little girl

Liked: Stunning park. Lovely peaceful location with lush greenery. A picturesque spot with nature all around and a river gushing in the background. Added bonus the Mill restaraunt with gorgeous food and lovely staff. Nowhere more beautiful if the sun is shining.
Disliked: Toilets a showers could be cleaner, we went in low season but maybe in high season this is more of a priority for the site.
We were dissapointed that this is the only site that we have stayed at and had to buy an electric card on top of the price of our pitch. We feel that for the price we paid for two nights stay the electricity should have been included in the £88 that the pitch had cost.

Liked: The grounds and facilities of were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again when the weather gets better. Access to toilets and shower a stones throw which was very convenient. Lovely lil shop and outdoor games. River is stunning.
Disliked: Unfortunately we have to cut our stay 3days short due to the bad weather, was not able to get out & do anything.

Thankyou for your review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay at our relaxing site & the weather was lovely & sunny for the wedding photographs.
We are so sorry you did not find the cleaning to be up to our usual high standard, this is something we as a small team pride ourselves on during both low & high season . The very heavy rain on Saturday evening & into the night did make it harder to keep the floors spotless at all times due to wet grass being brought in from the field onto the floor in between the last clean at 10pm & early morning clean.
Introducing electric meters is something we hoped we would never have to do, but as a small family business it is essential for survival & so that generations of campers can keep returning to their favourite site
Your electric bill totalled 46p for the weekend which we feel is a fair price for the small amount you used.
