Liked: I stayed in the shepherds hut and it just felt magical. I was away from the caravans in my own little wood. Little path up to the hut with its own little decking area. Had everything you needed including fire wood and a toilet which was great. Showers were just a 2 min walk away and were spotless. Although there were caravans everywhere I only saw one person the 14 hours I was there . …& that was on the way to the shower! Just a gorgeous spot. Fire pit til bed time under the stars was just amazing & the hit was so sweet & cozy. Definitely go again and just take a bit of extra padding for the bed .
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard for me so had to adapt but just a gorgeous little place

Liked: Very clean, new facilities, well organised. Very pretty flower meadow and dog walking field.
Disliked: Quite close to ringroad and could hear the traffic. Lower field a bit water logged.

Clean and well maintained toilet blocks with fitted furniture and real plants (even in the gents).
Great views of the hills when walking to the toilet blocks (not from the top tent field).

Multiple water taps availableDisliked: Top tent field is a little close to the road, but there is barely any traffic at night so not a major problem.
